Working within the Biogen Digital Health (BDH) unit, I have a multi-faceted role in leading the digital biomarker strategy and advancement. Tasked with launching an entirely new framework to the organisation that shapes how all functions work together to create, prioritise and evolve a portfolio of innovative digital biomarkers that will transform the industry.

- Operating as a Digital biomarker portfolio manager across multiple disease areas including Multiple Scelerosis (MS), Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinsons' Disease (PD), Ataxia, Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and Mental Health.
- Facilitating a steering committee with the Science leadership team to review digital biomarker proposals, and agree on prioritisation and feasibility.
- Developing an end-to-end cross-functional process to co-create digital biomarker business cases and plans that allow for exploratory research whilst setting boundaries for focus and prioritisation.
- Implementing the process & change management across the entire organisation including clinical and medical sciences, data scientists, biostatisticians, clinical operations, data management, technology, digital product teams, regulatory, quality, value and access.

My second role was the Program Manager for the MS & SMA/ALS disease area teams. My role here is focused on advancing the digital biomarker priorities which included:
- Setting up a cross-functional operating model for each disease area to have clearly defined roles, ways of working, objectives and scope in Notion.
- Defining project charters, timelines, identifying dependencies, managing resource allocations, and setting up project boards (Kanban & traditional).
- Facilitating core team meetings and retrospectives to foster a culture of process excellence and increased team spirit.
- Communicating project status clearly to various stakeholders at the management level and team level using my own bespoke 2-tier project reporting methodology.
- Utilising my interpersonal and leadership skills to create autonomous teams and empower them to make their own decisions, whilst solving external constraints to ensure they are unblocked and able to progress without delay.

Achievements
- Utilised formulas and calculated fields to simplify the management of the digital biomarker portfolio in Notion.
- Over 60 digital biomarkers were drafted by the organisation within weeks of its launch.
- Developed automation in our project management tool to greatly simplify administration on the project team. This automation was widely adopted across the PMO.
- Defined over 12 processes that bridge various functions where no process had existed before. All processes were agreed to and remain in place whilst under reviewed constantly for potential continuous improvement.

I held several different roles throughout my journey at this startup ranging from Program manager to Chief of staff and Head of Delivery of Digital Measurement Solutions (DMS).

My role is to lead the DMS PMO to ensure we deliver on valued-based and strategic
programs whilst following best practices and maximising team performance.
• Oversee and coordinate strategic and operational programs across 4 therapeutic areas, with a global team of over 40 personnel spread across Europe and North America.
• Lead the strategic and operational committees to accelerate decision-making and ensure alignment across all functions
• Maintaining a value-based operational model for developing, launching and maintaining solutions.
• Champion best practices, tools (incl Asana, Slack, Miro, Excel, Outlook) and methodologies to maximise team productivity

Achievements
