XQ is the NextGen Derivatives Exchange for high-load HFT trading. We give a lot of credit to security issues and develop cold storage processing for this purpose. The product includes derivatives exchange, trading terminal, payment processing, CCP module, Mobile App.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, talent recruiting, business process building;
- Product portfolio management, roadmap, backlog, market research;
- Data-driven design creation, a/a and a/b testing, sales funnel, CJM, etc.
Achievements thus far:
- Recruited and organized half of the current team and related processes;
- Launched a full-fledged MVP v1.0 and there is a huge backlog;
- Built organic traffic from scratch to test hypotheses (sales funnel, ads campaigns, onboarding, engagement, retention);
- Mobile App in development as well as Telegram Bot;
