I am an ex-army Royal engineer, when I left the army I became a personal trainer and worked my way up to become a facilities manager for a local charity where I became head of health and safety. I like graphic design and have a couple of years of experience as a freelancer working with clients. I also freelance in data entry and writing health and safety policies and risk assessments, I have a NEBOSH general certificate also a member of IOSH
