Albane in a few words

I am a french architect living in Berlin. Over the last 10 years, I developed a sensibility for aesthetics and, when crystallised in the right places, how it can make us dream. My focus now lies on illustrative works for all kind of purposes (books, articles, websites, logos...) with a hand-drawn style as well as 2D animations. Managing large scale art projects from the early design phase until production and delivery, monitoring costs (up to 1M€), quality and timelines. Focus on technological tools such as parametric design (Grasshopper), 3D scanning, working with mesh data, interfacing CNC productions through adapted CAD data.
Simulation and optimization of the mechanical resistance of the geometries (plug-in Karamba for Grasshopper), elaboration of designs together with external structural engineering firms.
Identification and selection of specific suppliers for various materials (steel, bronze, natural materials such as stone and wood) on a world wide basis.
Follow up together with the production department of the artworks.
