Amarjeet in a few words
I am a scrum master with over 10 years’ experience in IT, also including testing and project management. I have a keen eye for improvements, and I make it part of my role to identify areas of improvements for all companies i work with to enable them to deliver high quality software to their customers as often as required. I am comfortable working with senior stakeholder including board level members as well as being involved with the more technical conversations with analysts on a day-to-day basis.
I have successfully increased the velocity of my scrum teams by up to 50% by working closely with them to constantly identify ways to increase our efficiency and throughput.
I have worked with large bankling clients such as Barclays and HSBC as well as working on smaller start up projects.
