A conceptual creative, big thinking product designer and career changer with 6 years worth of experience in customer-facing roles adapted to very fast environments. What do E-Commerce, Logistics and hospitality all have in common? Constantly changing deadlines and the need for high rates of client and customer satisfaction.

With a strong visual eye and a creative streak, I decided to retrain as a Product Designer. I've experienced delays carrying out tasks due to apps/systems for jobs not working for businesses. Digital products that aren't designed to be robust enough for their use. It's why I want to push hard in business systems as well as more personal interests such as Wellbeing, Public Health, Web3 & AI, Automotive and Games User Experience & Interface design. A keen learner, I consistently upskill and keep abreast of industry knowledge by attending UX & design seminars and conferences.
