I studied marketing and Started my career in the branding department of a temp agency, with a strong focus on flexible staffing in hospitality.

For this same company I ended up working as a sales rep, and being responsible for a team of 4 in the Flemish region.

After that I specialized in Learning and development and managed a training agency.

Since I was responsible for the end result I gained more experience multiple department, my

focus was mainly in sales, marketing and content development.

I'm a creative thinker, but learned the magic of making sure that the right processes are in place.
