Elizabeth Thorne

I am an experienced Community Manager & Copywriter, having worked for various luxury beauty brands and remotely for a publicity agency located in Paris for the past two years. I am used to working from home with a team and in the presence of local clients.

Being of British origin and born in France, I am perfectly bilingual in both languages.

Having worked for high-end brands in the beauty industry, I have developed multiple skills including translation and versatile redactional abilities, adapting and switching rapidly from one tone of voice to another, connecting with the audience, as well as taking care of the customers' needs and requests.

In addition, I am currently partnering with local artists regarding their social media presence, in diverse fields such as Photography and Theater.

After a Gender Studies masters covering a large spectrum of subjects, from Social & Political Sciences to Philosophy, with a focus on discriminations and marginalised communities, I am also very much aware of the importance of one’s discourse and presentation, especially online. With a particular interest in seeking representation and fair treatment for all, I believe in a modern and humane digital environment.

As I thoroughly enjoy working on multiple and diverse projects, I also am enthusiastic to learn and discover more throughout the digital field.
