I am a UX Writer, Content Strategist and Copywriter with a rich and varied professional background, and qualifications in Innovation and UX Design. I help individuals and organisations communicate effectively with their audience.
Years of experience in the service and hospitality industries means the user has always driven all that I do, and I am passionate about creating and maintaining smooth, friction-free journeys and experiences.
I live and work between Dublin and Paris and am especially interested in helping French companies localise their content to an English speaking audience.
I am proficient in Figma, Jira, Google Sheets, Microsoft suite, Miro. I'm always interested in learning new things; I adapt quickly to the needs of my clients.
