I’m a successful senior communicator and change agent with vast and varied experience gained over more than 20 years. My aim is to engage employees so positively in business strategy that they’re more committed, more loyal and, ultimately, become proactive advocates.

In terms of personal attributes, I have strong comms instincts, my people and technical skills are excellent, I can influence comfortably at all levels and I genuinely like people. My leadership experience is extensive and I’ve mentored and developed teams with a range of abilities. My ‘big picture’ perspective and broad experience enable rapid identification of the best route to achieve desired outcomes and my attention to detail ensures efficient delivery, right first time.
