As the project delivery manager, worked closely with the senior staff and leadership to help ensure high-quality products from well-resourced teams. Using Smartsheet, Excel and Deltek Ajera, built systems to track and manage staff capacity and project demand. Managed the workplan templates and an entire ecosystem for tracking work and delivering insights across the firm's portfolio. Also managed staff and served on the principal's management team, to support S&A's strategic direction and key initiatives. Administered the quality assurance/quality control operation, editing a variety of deliverables and providing guidance to staff on style, grammar and writing best practices.

Working in the Office of Innovation, Alignment and Accountability, managed the effort to establish and measure key metrics for the newly formed agency. Worked with staff across the agencies joining the new department, facilitating conversations with outside consultants and helping guide them to inform the key performance indicators for a newly unified agency. Developed an online, public-facing dashboard to create transparency about the department's goals and progress toward them.

Built relationships and connections that help the Washington early learning system serve ALL children with quality. Worked with regional coalitions and with libraries on building capacity in our system to create more access and opportunities for communities of color and families furthest from opportunity. Focused on administrative advocacy and parent voice, and support development of statewide library initiative about kindergarten transitions. Certified as a master trainer on N.E.A.R. Sciences (Neuroscience, Epigenetics, Adverse Childhood Experiences and Resilience) by the Foundation for Healthy Generations. Integrate trauma-informed practice into Thrive's work by leading internal community of practice and serving as subject matter expert in programmatic efforts. Developed grant applications based on identified needs in communities statewide, and helped develop programs to achieve desired outcomes. Created grant-making processes, technical assistance plans and reporting structures to achieve the work and meet deliverables.
