for the location in Berlin

- Result 1: Successful integration of the corporate venture
into the organizational structure including clarification of
the reporting lines, taking into account the different
integration depths with regard to the cross-subsidiary
individual functions due to the existing talent structures

- Objective 2: Development of a comprehensive tech recruiting
concept for the internal positioning of the Berlin site as a
new tech hub across all subsidiaries

- Result 2: Successful pitch to the Group Management Board
and the Supervisory Board on the strategic organizational
development, including the development of a project plan
for the realization of the development of the Tech Hub by
