In contact with all sides of the business, my role is to manage these product roadmaps end-to-end with the relevant stakeholders and partners, internal as well as external, at all different stages of a product’s lifecycle, to ensure that the users’ needs are met, within the approved budgetary framework, and respecting the legal procedures and regulations that TfL needs to comply with.

This is an end-to-end process, and includes upstream intel gathering on where transport needs are and for which audiences & demographics, operator partner landscape in terms of vehicles and drivers, service and user proposition design, as well as operational guidelines and app UI design. Services I worked on: - Black Bus BB1: managed itinerary proposal from spec-ed out route using internal data tools such as SimCity, census data and on the ground research, to roll out with partner app Gett - Smart Bus CM2 Night Rider: managed technical onboard equipment and liaison with operational controllers and drivers. Spec-ed out, tested and install audio system for the broadcasting of music on route. Established escalation procedures for operational failures and emergencies.

As one of the first non-engineer hire for the company, my role within the team behind the successful transport app set the foundation stone of the Cities team. Through a deep & thorough understanding of the systems (user support, data reconciliation, accuracy & quality control, monitoring & alerting, incident response…), stakes and risks involved in ensuring the app was always functioning and providing the clearest, most accurate and up to date transport information for our users, I established the methodologies, processes and metrics at the core of the app’s operations. This allowed the company to scale by relieving engineers from these operational aspects and hiring and training for the Cites team and therefore better utilise its workforce. 
My role was also very heavy with Product aspects, ensuring the end-to-end development of features of the app, from user insight and research, through to technical & visual UI/UX design, road-mapping, implementation and testing, localisation, to launch, marketing, content writing, PR and growth. 
I also successfully developed the company’s French tone of voice, through written content writing and marketing, most notably via the release notes in the App & Play Stores, creating a fun moment users would look out for and expect at every release, often going viral on social media.
