I have collaborated on projects to develop systems that have helped to digitalize our client’s businesses, which helped them track their company-wide spending and cut down on waste.

I've been responsible for gathering low-level and high-level requirements, creating user stories, conducting gap analyses to address existing gaps and advance the organization toward its desired future state, modeling business processes using process flow diagrams, and managing stakeholders to ensure that actual requirements were being documented and clarified through regular collaboration sessions.

In some of these jobs, I also had the opportunity to collaborate with a scrum team to bring about the necessary change in our client's business processes.
