One aspect of this role was to assess workers' risks and develop appropriate documentation for regulatory authorities to obtain grants for healthcare products. This included coordinating the submission of clinical documentation for products ranging from Class I to Class III in countries such as Europe, the US, China, South Korea,and Japan. I provided clinical training to staff whenever necessary, managed a team of 10 technicians, and oversaw budgeting. I also played a pivotal role in the first successful Class III product submission to MDR, which earned recognition for the entire B. Braun Group.
