Provide IT support and develop enterprise solutions for various customers, such as Lufthansa, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Jigsaw Research (UK and USA), YMCA, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Hotels, The Investment Association, Halcyon Gallery, Wonderbly and many more.
▪ Managing various IT services for our customers, such as Server Deployments/Support (both on Software and Hardware Level), Network Infrastructure Development and Deployment, VoIP Systems, CCTV Systems, and other Managed IT services.
▪ Managing Migrations for online platforms, such as Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, Exchange to Microsoft 365, Active Directory to Azure AD and vice versa.
▪ Maintaining workflow at its optimum by managing queues of support requests and assigning tasks to staff, based on their skills and experience.
▪ Developing cost efficient IT solutions and systems for our clients.
▪ Close work with customers by providing customer support for the systems developed.
▪ Saving resources by upgrading our clients to more moderns systems, that require less support, power consumption or improve workflows.
