In the past years, I have helped multiple companies with their challenges. Thanks to my startup experience, I was capable of adding value to an existing business process. Focusdomains: Sales and Talent Management. Case Studies: Inventi and The Adecco Group Inventi is a sales consulting firm. I was responsible for creating a sustainable recruitment machine for sales profiles. I have discovered the company-needs and implement a new ATS-system. Next up was making sure the right talent knows the opportunities and are eager to apply and to know more about the job. Other responsibilities were setting up Social Media-advertisement and reducing time to hire and time to fill. I'm very proud of the work I have achieved. I have developed a work learning program for Futureproof Marketeers and Futureproof Recruiters. It was an exciting experience. Happy to have contributed to this new brand in the Belgian Market.
