- TahoraProduct ManagerMay 2020 - May 2021 (1 year)I partnered with this startup to validate their concept and refine it into a viable prototype. I conducted market research, user testing, and iterative design processes to shape the product's functionality and user experience. By closely collaborating with the founding team, I contributed to refining the product's vision, aligning it with market demands and user preferences. As the product lead, I coordinated and supervised the development team, ensuring efficient collaboration and adherence to project milestones. My strong communication skills facilitated effective cross-functional collaboration among designers, developers, and stakeholders. By overseeing the development process, I successfully managed the build of the early version of the application. I ensured that the project stayed on track, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining a focus on quality and user satisfaction. Alongside the delivery of the product development I coached the founders on product management principles allowing me to step back from the role in turn granting the founders greater autonomy in the product's development.
