In my role as a Business Analyst in the savings and investments domain, I translated business needs into clear, actionable requirements to drive efficient and customer-centric financial solutions. I collaborated with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and bridge the gap between business and IT. By ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and market trends, I contributed to the development of innovative banking products that enhance the customer experience and optimize operational efficiency.

Maintaining and creating software solutions in the Investment Services domain for customer and branch applications. As technical lead of investment services I also am the technical point of contact inside KBC and the developers in our domain. Attending cross-domain meetings, responsible for cross-project tasks and helping our developers with technical problems. Also responsible for releasing new features and bugfixes to production using Jenkins and Openshift.
