At Vodafone, I helped customers with their bills and financial matters, addressed general inquiries about Vodafone products and services, and promoted new services and products. Later, I had a life-changing opportunity when I received a job offer from Etisalat UAE to work as a senior customer service advisor for high-value customers.
Etisalat is recognized as one of the best telecommunication companies in the world. In my current role, I assist customers with all their concerns through calls, emails, and chats. I explain bills, resolve technical issues, introduce new products and services, and ensure that all requirements of Etisalat customers are met.
