I am Pika, a UX/UI designer with a few years of experience in marketing, customer success and sales in tech start-ups as well. I love to design digital products and figure out how to best solve users' problems. I do believe that good user experience will benefit the company in many ways, so I always design with users in mind and prioritise user centered design.

Coming from a background in tech start-ups and customer success, I have some experience in working with customers, emphatising with them and understanding what problems they face and how they use digital product, while also keeping the constraints and goals of the business in mind.
