    My role primarily consist of leading the Digital Delivery Unit by ensuring the following: 1) Projects are delivered on time and good quality 2) Follow up on DU activities and project KPIs regularly and work on action plans in case of derivations 3) Ensure 80% chargeability on overall units and if there are people on bench waiting for their next project - they are getting trained in the meantime based on their development plan set. 4)Prepare and maintain forecast for staffing, projects and DU 5) Ensure projects are in line with quality metrics of the center and dashboards reflect correct status of projects. Educate Associate PM/PM on proper usage and help them to implement it correctly for their projects 6) Responsible for 2 -3 projects as well to remain hands-on technology, lead by example and also to be closer to the team and keep learning. 7) Setting up objectives(long-term/short term) for the DU to be reviewed quarterly and follow up on actions. 8)Contributing to knowledge sharing session on the PM expertise center and others as well
