I won the 'Video Commissioner of the Year' award at the UK Music Video Awards (UKMVA's) three times and multiple category awards at D&AD for the high standard of work we produced. I became Creative Director at Polydor/Universal in 2009, at which point I supervised a team of people in a department that concentrated on commissioning globally successful content campaigns across the label and throughout the Universal group.
