Deeploy is an international remote startup in the field of design. I started as a multi-tasking administrative/Office Manager to support a team with less than 30 employees/freelancers and scale to managing HR operations for two countries with more than 100 people internationally. This experience was very enriching where I develop a lot of skills. Some of my achievements/responsibilities were:
Implemented new processes and created documentation to support them. For example:
Implemented and coordinated the international payroll software "Deel" in less than a month;
Developed the onboarding process (contracts, start guide, compliance and support)
which reduced the time spent by following organised steps;
Helped develop and execute social media strategy;
Controlled client's contracts, and work directly with the stakeholders and account
department;
Controlled financial officer in Brazil and Portugal;
