This experience lead me to my most recent role at RBC where I was able to make a considerable contribution in the establishment and development of a team responsible for the processing and management of all Third Party trade execution costs for Capital Markets. This covered all aspects of data gathering, system configuration, process development and integration, reconciliation, cost allocation, payments, downstream reporting and the identification and realisation of significant cost savings.
