I had the pleasure to work with Thierry on several projects in the past 2 years at Solvay. Thierry combines an excellent strategic mindset with an extensive practical experience across multiple domains of UX/UI design. He was a key strategic advisor in shaping our Product Roadmap, setting up the run organization of our ITSM but also tutoring junior UX/UI researchers and designers to gain confidence and autonomy. I hired Thierry 2.5 years ago for Solvay to help us structuring and developding the Design Studio / MX Platform, growing and professionalizing the team in UX. And it was really a great hiring!
Thierry is a great and very senior professional, a well of UX science but not only as he is curious and always watching on new trends and technology. He worked on various projects for Solvay and his contribution was always valuable and lauded by the bussiness and the diffrent people involved in our projects.
On top of that, he was a real mentor for our more junior researchers and designers that he contributed also to identify, recruit and train.
