I design and implement systems that turn manual processes into structured, scalable workflows across tools (CRM, support, internal operations). The goal is simple: reduce manual work, increase efficiency, and make systems actually talk to each other.
Recently, I built Anyki.ai, a WhatsApp-based AI workflow system that converts unstructured input (chat/voice) into structured documents and outputs. Designed and shipped end-to-end, and already used by real users.

Connect CRM, support tools and internal systems
Build lightweight internal tools or AI-driven features when needed
