• • Design and configure specific applications to meet business processes. (Citi Bank Cards Eligibility, performance rating for specific teams within EC module).

• • Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues and defects, Manage, and prioritize incidents, service requests and change requests to ensure the best business outcomes, user satisfaction and meeting SLA's.

• • Maintain configuration workbooks, updates functional and technical specifications and process/system documentation.

• • Performing data loads, (Compensation updates, Job History, personal information…)

• • Support Onboarding, Compensation, and reporting requests.

• • Conduct workshops with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements,understand challenges and playback design proposals.

• • Guarantee and ensure compliance with SAP best implementation practices.

• • Support the internal team to build a strong and efficient workflow process and Role-based permissions.

• • Writing test scenarios and ensuring their understanding and smooth running.

• • Lead UAT phase, training, and go-live support.

• • Create and updates functional specifications and process/system documentation. (workbooks)

• • Support Onboarding/offboarding, Compensation, performance & goals modules, Payroll, and reporting requests.

• • Design and implementation of system evolution and resolution of system disfunctions.

• • Ensure the follow-up of new evolutions of SAP Employee Central functionalities.
