- IPO-Ready Reporting: Rolled out the Culligan Reporting Model to align with global IPO requirements.
- FIT/GAP Analysis: Conducted a thorough pre-launch diagnostic in June to inform a tailored rollout strategy.
- Leadership Development: Mentored Lilla, Hungary’s incoming ERP application owner, to ensure local capability and long-term system stewardship.
