Having worked within the IT industry for over 20 years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet the expectations for a Business Analyst role. I have worked in different EU Institutions for over 10 years.
In my roles as an IT Business Analyst and Team Leader/Project Manager I have had many achievements throughout the whole software development lifecycle, including managing multiple projects while working with global teams in Agile and Waterfall software development.
I have gained experience in analysing requirements, doing “as is-to be” analysis for software development, carrying out user workshops, gathering requirements for software and business processes, testing software and reporting bugs, writing use cases, organising UATs and workshops, creating workflow diagrams (BPMN) to analyse processes.
The wide range of my Business Analysis tasks also covered creating wireframes in Confluence Gliffy while collaborating with UX/UI designers, acting as the main point of contact for business stakeholders and ensuring that business requirements are appropriately captured and implemented.
