Main achievements: Restructuring of the company in challenging times; Limiting Fuel Card churn; Spearheading strategic initiatives to drive growth in the EV charging market; Leading cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency; Establishing key partnerships to expand market reach and drive revenue growth in the mobility markets. Overseeing the successful implementation of a new customer team and enhanced procedure to increase customer satisfaction.

Responsible for the marketing & sales activities (30% business strategy, 60% operational sales and 10% marketing).

Main achievements: Launch of new brand and corporate identity; Move to SaaS business model; Setup of European prescriptor and reseller network; Expansion of services portfolio to include a regulatory and compliance practice; Close cooperation with FinTech Belgium.

Responsible for large cross-company projects (Ingenico BE, Global Collect, Axys FR) in a dual Waterfall and Agile environment.
