Filip Oosterlynck

I'm a retired officer who has successfully embarked on a second career. As a manager I’ve been in charge of prestigious contracts and programs for the European Commission, the Belgian Defence, the Justice department and the UCI.

I have managed projects from feasibility study over concept development to contract negotiation and execution until payment of the last invoice. You can hire me as a contract manager, project manager, security manager, customer service, stakeholder and government relationship manager, business developer, public affairs manager, sales manager, general manager, negotiator and many more responsible functions in middle or senior management.

I can organize, lead and coach. On top of my people skills I’m a capable budget and financial manager and I have a talent for presenting a technically complex topic to non-technically skilled people. I can furthermore carry out audits and formulate improvement proposals.

As an army officer I have been responsible for large programs and projects, public affairs, capacity planning and bilateral and multilateral relations.

I am in good health and my physical condition is fine. My motivation to continue working is because I love achieving successes as a member of a team. My wife will not retire for another 10 years so that’s how long I will at least go on working.
