I am a senior marketing and talent strategy consultant with nearly 15 years of experience building marketing systems inside global organisations, primarily within the B2B technology sector.

My career has spanned the full intersection of marketing and talent: building employer brand strategies from scratch, developing and activating EVPs, running large-scale recruitment marketing programmes, growing and leading talent marketing teams, and designing candidate and employee experience journeys that connect awareness all the way through to advocacy.

    Post maternity leave, I was offered the lead role overseeing the global client campaigns, talent marketing and alliance Hub. I drove end‑to‑end campaign strategy and execution with a focus on global to local enablement, working in a highly complex stakeholder environment where cross‑functional collaboration was key. I translated global priorities into cohesive, scalable programs that accelerated pipeline, strengthened brand presence, and delivered measurable commercial impact worldwide.


    HIGHLIGHTS
    • Built a transformational roadmap for the newly shaped global campaign hub that integrated client campaigns, recruitment marketing and alliance teams, streamlining Avanade’s GTM strategy for its three main audiences.
    • Increased focus on talent retention and nurture, through internal mobility, referral & talent ambassador campaigns, and the ongoing partnership with talent acquisition to inject recruitment marketing into the candidate CRM process.
    • Took ownership and steered strategic focus for the FY24 H2 Global Client Campaign ‘Imagine what you will do with AI’. Overall paid media results (May – Jul): +36M impressions, 190K clicks, 1,6K PDF downloads and 18M video views.
    • Led the design and execution of the FY25 Global GTM Campaign in partnership with the Solution & Industry Marketing, Digital Experience, Organic and Paid media, Corporate Comms, Sales (enablement) and Field Marketing teams.

    Global Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Lead | Head of Talent Marketing
    September 2018 - June 2023 (4 years and 9 months)
    Taking on this global role meant an accelerated growth journey as a strategic and people leader. I successfully shaped a global team and strategy from the ground up, established a strong employer brand that united employees across the world, and navigated a global pandemic with flexibility and adaptability. Ultimately, this work helped mature Avanade's long-term recruitment marketing strategy and has set a strong foundation for sustained impact.

    • Promoted twice in the course of five years, advancing from Manager to Director-level at Avanade.
