As a Technical Data Analyst, I work across data analysis, workflow optimisation, and system configuration to support procurement and regulatory processes. I analyse, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources—including databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and mainframe systems—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. Using SQL, Power Query, and DAX, I build automated processes, optimise queries, and deliver meaningful insights through reports and dashboards.

I also design and execute data migration activities, including mapping source and target systems, validating transformed datasets, troubleshooting irregularities, and documenting the entire migration lifecycle. My role includes configuration and workflow management within Gatekeeper, where I set up access rules, approval flows, conditional logic, and security controls to guarantee compliance and correct role‑based access.

Collaboration is central to my position: I work closely with business teams, product owners, technical specialists, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of changes. I provide detailed documentation, support testing activities, and help align system behaviour with business needs. My work contributes directly to streamlined processes, stronger data governance, and a more efficient operational environment.

In my role as Senior Functional Analyst, I was responsible for analysing and optimising end‑to‑end data flows and supporting the regulatory reporting landscape. I translated complex business requirements into clear, structured functional designs, evaluating alternatives in terms of cost, impact, and architecture compliance. A significant part of my work focused on maintaining and enhancing the Risk Integrity calculation engine, ensuring accuracy, stability, and alignment with regulatory standards.

I coordinated change implementations across multiple Agile teams and led end‑to‑end testing activities, including defining test plans, executing functional tests, and ensuring high‑quality delivery. As a team lead, I coached new and junior analysts, supported developers and offshore testing teams, and contributed to the team’s Agile maturity through SAFe and Scrum practices.

Additionally, I managed RUN responsibilities, including incident and problem management, and played a central role in release coordination across Program Increments. With strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, I helped maintain alignment between business objectives, IT architecture, and operational processes.

As Senior Solution Analyst, I was responsible for analysing, designing, and optimising business and IT processes across multiple domains during Colruyt’s transition from legacy on‑premise solutions to modern digital and SaaS platforms. I conducted end‑to‑end process analyses, performed gap assessments, and defined functional and technical requirements for complex system landscapes including MS Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and custom mobile applications.

I played a key role in benchmarking UML‑based software packages, performing solution analysis for third‑party integrations, and defining customisation needs for both source and target architectures. I supported major upgrade and migration initiatives, such as the transformation from an on‑prem UML system to a Cloud SaaS platform, including SSO configuration, integration design, and story refinement within Agile delivery teams.

My responsibilities extended to test management and coordination for business UAT, vendor management, and leading Steering Committees to ensure strategic alignment between business stakeholders and IT delivery. I coached junior analysts, supported offshore teams, and ensured quality and continuity in RUN activities through incident management and process optimisation. My work contributed directly to smoother digitalisation, improved cross‑platform integrations, and more efficient service applications across the organisation.
