About Renaud

Renaud is a Data Governance and Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the finance sector, covering areas such as Customers & Accounts, Finance & Risk, Corporate & Investment Banking but also OPC (Operational Permanent Control).
In addition to his participation to the creation of a Data Department for a Belgian Leading Bank, he has supported Finance & Risk Reporting, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), KYC (Know Your Customer) & Client Referential Mid Offices and worked on many complex and regulatory projects (FATCA & AEOI/CRS, BCBS239, AnaCredit, SRB, Loan Tapes…) involving business and technical stakeholders. Renaud is analytic with a “sharp eye for details” but has also the “helicopter view” and the end2end vision. He is client-driven, gets the (data) quality and process improvement mindset but also excellent inter-personal, communication and coaching skills. Renaud holds a master’s degree in Economics Management and he has recently increased even more his Data Governance skills on how to assess data maturity and build an effective data strategy by attending to the Data Leaders ‘24 Summer School training program by Carruthers & Jackson.
