    • Delivered a multi-step audit-response drafter pipeline demo for a Belgian pharma analytics group (~€42M revenue, ~200-250 staff) via CEO/MD-level entry: reducing manual response work by an estimated 80% while keeping QA reviewer as final decision-maker. Authored pilot proposal for the 12-week engagement that is in active discussion; walked the client through public-cloud, private-cloud and on-premise deployment trade-offs (data security, IP, GDPR).
    • Built and deployed an in-house multi-question discovery survey live on Flowwell's own infrastructure, designed to lower the threshold for use-case discovery for individual prospects and for client teams during an entry-point AI opportunity assessment. The frictionless experience (including built-in speech-to-text input) gives individual prospects a basic, AI- generated opportunity assessment produced from their own input using Flowwell's use-case framework; team responses feed aggregated input into a manual consultant analysis.
    • Built a renovation-report AI pipeline for ERA, turning a Belgian EPC certificate into a one-page report with renovation paths and cost estimates. Pilot live at one office; network-wide SaaS rollout under exploration.
    • Built Flowwell's in-house AI operating system on OpenAI Assistants API, Anthropic Claude, Voiceflow and Microsoft Graph: the same AI capabilities I deploy for client engagements. Enables one person to run a portfolio of concurrent client engagements end-to-end.

Bridged the SAP experts to the client's operational, governance and people reality; ran cross-stakeholder report-outs to senior leadership; coached senior experts in workshop delivery and developed juniors to delivery autonomy, eventually transferring the methodology so the engagement could continue without me.
    • Delivered seven value-creation initiatives for five multinational clients. Contributed task- focused proposal work on top of delivery (value identification, tactical narrative, deck construction), including a pharma procurement-outsourcing proposal and a logistics opportunity for a global spare-parts player.
    • Co-created the integrated copilot system for quality control on a manufacturing line, spanning IT architecture, data pipeline, AI-driven analytics and the operational interface.
