• Implement journal entries in Afas bookkeeping software, previously handdled by external bookkeepers, which

resulted in decrease of administration costs and improved substantially the accuracy of the administration.

• Build from the ground up custom, user friendly production (Microsoft Excel) file which is now the primary point of

reference for all dance productions.

• Also design and construct a project expense calculator (Microsoft Excel) that allows for customization based on the

number of dancers, rehearsals, performances, travel days etc. in order to accurately and fast determine the

appropriate project budget.

• Introduced and established file naming protocols in Dropbox, resulting in significantly enhanced file retrieval and

tracking capabilities.

• Implemented macros in Microsoft Word and Excel documents to streamline repetitive tasks and increase efficiency

of the office.

• Improved existing budget, yearly reports and playlist files by implementing automation and restricting user access,

resulting in reduced data entry errors and improved data extraction and filtering processes.
