About Volkan
With more than 15 years long working experience in business as a freelancer , a partner of a production company and former technology based contemporary communications agency founder, I worked nearly in all the fields and at all stages of communication. I was involved in photography projects, print jobs, commercials, documentaries, Tv Shows, video and physical interaction based campaigns, production of corporate videos along with some viral video projects.
Briefly my job is to lead flawless, best-in-class delivery of clients’ demands. Most of the time, I was also responsible for the activity budget and oversaw allocation of all resources to staff, freelancers and outsource teams. I try to ensure that projects were 1) scoped properly, 2) assigned appropriate resources, and 3) equipped with a process and methodology to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. As a producer, I established and managed projects with inter-discipliner contributors, and ensured efficient collaboration where appropriate.
My network comprises biggest global ATL agencies to small -10 people boutique agencies, third party suppliers, talented freelance artists-programmers, production companies, digital agencies, Tv channels, major print houses, event companies and many more..
