As part of the BNP Paribas Corporate Client Cluster, the objective of the mission is to manage the whole Client Monitoring program called MyClientDev.

Leading an Agile program based on the latest web and data technologies.

The transformation includes continuous delivery of a consistent and performant platform!

As a "Manager" my role is to:

• Manage and monitor the project.

• Participate in UX "User Experience" workshops with business managers, Front officers & Credit analysts of BNP Paribas CIB.

• Implement and follow the roadmap and the budget.

• Organize the steering committees with all stakeholders.

• Produce a regular reporting of the project progress.

• Evaluate the risks inherent in the projects and alert accordingly

• Carry out Quality Assurance reviews.

Managing a project portfolio and transforming our project practices to put the value and product mindset in the heart of each and every initiative was our main objective, along with shortening and digitalzing our decision process Front to Back.

I was participating in the Agile@Scale Transformation on the business stakeholders and the portfolio monitoring activities. A key change is the paradigm change from Project vision to Product vision.

• Team and budget management (>15 FTE in Mumbai and 7 FTE in Paris)

• Organize UX “User Experience” workshops with BNP Paribas CIB clients, FO / Relationship managers & Credit analysts.

• Set-up and follow the roadmap.

• Organize steering committees with all stakeholders.

• Produce regular reporting of dashboards on the progress of the project.

• Prepare the architecture group committee to validate the program (IT Validation Committee).

As part of the implementation of a new corporate financing platform to manage the End to End credit chain, I was acting as a product owner of 10 resources feature team responsible of reviewing the Cash flow modelling, Cost of liquidity pricing and Basel indicator calculation.

Implementation of a new liquidity cost calculation tool, involving the entire hierarchy of the bank.

Defining and analyzing the Impacts on the deal structuring existing tools to consider the new liquidity cost calculation model.

Business Analyst/Product Owner Structured Finance Applications:

Experienced Scrum business analyst and Product Manager capable of delivering innovative products in an Agile context.

I have been defining and analyzing our users’ needs. Including defining all the processes related to business origination (Deal Pricing, Regulatory qualification, Internal RISK qualification processes etc)
