• Helped more than 620 patients with depression, anxiety, phobias, and sleep disorders to achieve recovery by providing CBT interventions, psycho-educational interventions, guided self-help, and computerized CBT. • Provided information related to mental health and CBT to individuals, groups of patients, relatives, carers, members of the public and professionals.
