Nearly 7 years of experience delivering complex Data Transformations. Recently, Lead Migration Analyst on a global (HRIS to SAP SuccessFactors) Data Migration project.

Previously, I played a key role (Lead Data BA) in an award-winning Data Transformation Programme (LLC programme in the UK) by shaping its tools, services and ways of working, optimising efficiency and directly contributing to the programme’s success. Including delivering the fastest Data Migration on the programme.

Having assessed and transformed over 200 complex datasets, I am an expert in data mapping, data cleansing and data mining, utilising Excel, Python and SQL (via DataBricks) and regularly presenting insights via dynamic dashboards.

I led over 100 Data Discovery workshops uncovering client’s data sources, data issues and data requirements, allowing for early planning. I managed relationships with variety of stakeholders, ensuring needs were met and information communicated clearly.

In addition, I recruited, trained and led a team of Business Analysts.

I naturally have a strong eye for detail and find working with data incredibly fulfilling. Automating tasks, which may initially look manual, grants me a sense of satisfaction. I bring a passion for data, hybrid expertise in Business Analysis and Data, and a belief in lifelong learning.
