Experienced, passionate and thorough tester, I had the opportunity to evolve from the support technician position up to the QA Lead one. Throughout the years, I got proficient in manual testing, API testing using ReadyAPI and Postman, mobile testing of iOS apps, coaching and mentoring, interviewing, but I was also involved in automated testing projects with Java, Selenium and JUnit.

I am the kind of person that does not have rest until I get to the bottom of any issue may arise, turn the problem upside down in order to figure out all of its aspects and looks for all the available data.

On a daily basis I design, review and implement test cases, document the process, and, when needed, I provide test reports, develop and implement test plans and strategies, coach colleagues and set testing procedures.
