My Name is Amir, I am an organizational psychologist, facilitator and mediator focusing on the human side of work.

I work with teams on trust, conflicts, communication, and decision-making. I work with individuals on self-awareness, resilience, failing, and personal development. I work with conflicting parties at work to hear each other and find shared ways forward, I host large scale workshops and offsite, and I work with leaders on all of the above.

In my work, I combine the depth of psychology with a practical, hands-on approach, ensuring that insights and personal learning are translated into clear decisions and new actions.
