I have led the delivery of capital projects and programmes in infrastructure, training, and transformation environments. I am skilled in delivering assurance and governance, benefits identification and tracking, business case development, contract management, cost and financial management in large scale programme delivery environments. I have also provided services in Capability Assessment, change management, coaching and mentoring, leadership development and value management.
