Highlights:• Led the client account management for two major retailers - SSE and Centrica - with a focus on helping clients navigate their people/HR agenda; creating £2m and £1m accounts from zero within 18 months• Working with the CHRO, created a flexible organisation design for a major Energy Retailer to scale their workforce five-fold in 18 months to meet the challenges of smart metering; enabling them to meet an installation ramp up of 300% in that timeframe, and avoid £multi-million fines from the Government• Helped another Energy Retailer MD to have confidence in their new OD pre-Go Live; bringing together the designs from Strategy and Boutique consulting houses, and assuring the new org would be 'fit-for-purpose. The org launched on time and to cost• Led EY UK's OD practice; scaling the team from 30 to 60 FTE, integrating new technologies e.g. OTH, and improving go-to-market
