HR is an area of business I am extremely passionate about. After being given the opportunity to work within a HR department when I was in my early twenties, I loved the variety of the work and decided to pursue a career in it; I wanted to be able to make a difference.

Over the last eight years, I made the most of every opportunity that presented itself, said yes to everything thrown my way and as a result, there's very little I haven't experienced in the world of people.

With two degrees behind me; one a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and as a Chartered Member of the CIPD, I have both the theory and the experience to help support an individual starting out or an established company to grow and thrive for its people - small companies are my sweetspot.
