• Developed & implemented (including control) comprehensive hybrid cloud strategy to lead public cloud journey for OTP Bank Group (one of the largest financial service providers in CEE).

• Converted business strategy into architecture strategy for cost efficient future-proof innovative solutions to reduce non-value-added activity, benefit from cloud provider's technologies, build learning organization, and achieve incremental innovation via continuous improvement.

• Created PoCs (Proof-of-Concepts) for the customer by working closely with business partners, technology teams, operations teams. Designed Azure Landing Zone & Control Tower strategy concept that align with OTP Bank Group strategic direction.

• Created architecture capability within the organization (including Architecture Repository other documents) to assist teams and management in developing architecture capacity and build architecture skills and capability within the teams.

• Designed a solution architecture to improve the on-premise infrastructure and the public cloud cost management for OTP Bank.
