Within 2 weeks of starting, learnt and began developing web apps using Zoho Creator, Deluge and PHP. Worked on various projects for the company's clients, from debugging formulas or adding to existing CRM's, through to solo developing full web applications and associated REST API's from scratch within 3 months. Utilised Kanban boards to self-organise projects, allowing for an agile methodological approach. Produced documentation and "how-to" guides to assist others in performing tasks using Zoho Creator, for example handling the saving of image file uploads from a Zoho Creator app to an external server.

Collaborating on freelance projects, supporting clients in building and enhancing dynamic web applications. Acted as lead developer on group projects, handling the overall project management and leading product sprints, supporting and assisting other developers, completing relevant documentation and presenting the project to stakeholders at required intervals. Designed and built relational databases for a variety of web applications. Utilising GitHub for version control and project management, applying best practices in code structure and documentation. Developed a personal portfolio website to showcase coding projects, demonstrating skills in full-stack development, responsive design, and user experience.

Managed a caseload of up to 10 patients, providing community support, monitoring and therapy treatments over 20-week cycles to adults with eating disorders. Conducted comprehensive assessments and developed personalised care plans, meeting key performance indicators and ensuring high standards of care. Applied strong problem-solving and analytical skills to adapt and optimise treatment approaches, tracking routine outcome measures to assess progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Used a combination of initiative and bold decisions to change treatment approach if indicated. Supported the training and development of junior staff members, providing one-on-one mentoring, feedback, and guidance on patient care processes. Lead the measurement and monitoring of the physical health of patients under the team's care, advising on appropriate physical treatment interventions.
