As Cinema Manager, I led daily operations and a team of staff to ensure a smooth, high quality experience for guests.I coordinated movie schedules around events and premieres, managed staff shifts, oversaw ticketing and concessions, and maintained cinema standards.The role sharpened my leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Alongside my role as Cinema Manager, I developed my skills as a self-taught graphic designer by creating engaging movie posters, banners, and social media reels for Cinema Rozafa.I handled the design of weekly schedules, promotional content, and short video edits, helping to boost the cinema's online presence and audience engagement.

This was my first experience working as a freelance graphic designer, where I had the opportunity to create movie posters for Cineplexx Albania.It was a valuable step in applying my design skills in a real-world setting, learning how to communicate with a professional client, follow brand guidelines, and deliver creative work on time.This project helped me gain confidence as a designer and sparked my passion for working in the entertainment and media industry.
