I am an Oxford University-educated, smart and motivated brand, innovation & insight strategist and experienced qualitative researcher with a great attitude and curiosity for problem-solving.

I have many years of experience as a researcher, interviewer and focus group moderator as well as completing any part of projects from proposal writing, research planning, conducting research interviews, analysis and report/summary writing.

I am drawn to the challenge of combining a creative and analytical approach to problem solving, with the communication skills required to encourage clients of recommendations. I have developed the ability to learn quickly, build wide skill sets and work with speed and rigour, using research and insight as a tool to help uncover successful innovations and strategies to help solve the business issue and ensure consumer centricity.
